Well, that would have changed things. Disney’s all-timer Frozen apparently almost ended in a completely different manner from the final scenes we all know and got misty-eyed over. You know, the whole act of true love and sisterly sacrifice thing. Yeah, that wasn’t in the original cards.
Nope, instead, Elsa was initially written to turn into an evil super-villain from her icy powers. Haha, can you even envision that?!? Here are some of the original thoughts (that were thankfully changed) that were told to Huffington Post from producer Peter Del Vecho:
Elsa had turned into a super-villain after being left at the altar.
Elsa and Anna weren’t royals. They weren’t even related.
Elsa has a change of heart, literally, as Anna convinces her to use her powers to save the kingdom.
Anna’s frozen heart might’ve needed rescuing by a traditional “true love’s kiss.”

I can’t imagine anyone would prefer those ideas to the Frozen that we now know and love, but what are your thoughts on the original ideation of the film?
